How do I ensure my jewelry remains in good condition?
When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent it from getting scratched and maintains its color. We also provide you with a jewelry polishing cloth with your purchase to clean your pieces. Always remove your jewelry before showering and applying lotion, perfume, or sprays. Even better...always put on jewelry last before heading out the door!
How do I place a custom order? What can I place a custom order for?
Our Tesoro is delighted to work with customers to create a piece they will love, using our signature design elements. Custom orders can range from one individual piece to a bulk order for a special event. Some of the special events we have designed pieces for are bridal parties, baby showers, and milestone birthdays.
A custom order begins by filling out our CUSTOM ORDER. We typically respond right away and follow up with a telephone consult – this would narrow down budget and design options. The next step in the process would be submitting pictures and a final price. We can make any adjustments at this point.
A final picture is then submitted for approval, and upon payment the piece is put into production and shipped.
Custom pieces are excluded in our return policy, but we are always open to resolving any issues you might have.

What materials are used in your pieces?
The materials used in each product are listed on the individual product page. Please know that some of the pieces in our collection are not perfect...they might have slight discolorations and markings. They are all unique and have been vintage treated, this is where their beauty lies.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you choose at checkout. There are variable options for ground all the way to 2 day delivery. Just go to checkout and put in your address for estimated shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned for store credit only.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your return request within 30 days of the date item was received. Once we receive your return request, we will review your request and follow up via email.
